The Energy Corridor of Houston Orchestra will entertain you with classical music, big-band hits and Sinatra favorites to kick things off. The formal post-concert party includes free appetizers, a cash bar, a champagne toast and a photo booth. Concert-only tickets are $30; party-plus-concert tickets are $90, or $165 per couple. Angelucho’s Copa Cabana New Year at the Houston Marriot Energy Corridor
Enjoy lively latin music while you countdown to the New Year! Angelucho’s Copa Cabana band features traditional Cuban music and exciting salsa dance beats. See them at the Marriott Energy Corridor on New Year’s Eve. Before you dance, feast on a gourmet buffet. Enjoy two complimentary drinks, a champagne toast, party favors, and a live DJ. There is also a cigar patio with complimentary cigars. Doors open at 7 p.m., buffet served from 8 to 10 p.m., and dancing till 2 a.m. Cash bar open all night. $99 per person. Hotel rooms are available.
A short drive down Katy Freeway brings you to the famous Houston Improve! The New Year’s Eve show features nationally touring stand-up comic Tony Rock! This adults-only show will have you laughing the night away. Exclusive food and drink packages are available. The first show at 7:30 p.m. is $30 for Champagne seating, or $50 for the dinner and Champagne package. The 10 p.m. show is $50 for the Champagne party package, or just $75 for the ultimate party package.
James Bond New Year’s Eve Theme Party at Hughes Hanger
This event is far from top secret! Immerse yourself in the intriguing world of James Bond with 3 different “007” themed rooms. Enjoy fine cocktails, live DJ’s and dancing while surrounded by spectacular ambiance. An unforgettable night for only $25 admission. Cash bar.
Downtown Houston New Year’s Eve presented by Houston First
Something for everyone! Visit Downtown Houston’s Theater District for live music and entertainment on 3 stages. A variety of food and beverages will be available throughout the area. Bring the kids for an early New Year’s celebration in the Family Zone on Jones Plaza, featuring dancing, games, and activities. Adults are invited to imbibe in the Bubbly Garden, which has a lounge area for relaxation and dance area to keep the party going. Be sure to stick around for the fireworks finale atop Jones Hall!
