Memorial Parkway is located west of George Bush Park and immediately south of the Katy Freeway. It is roughly bordered by S. Mason Road to the west, Interstate 10 Frontage to the north, Highland Knolls Drive to the south, and Westgreen Boulevard to the east. There is easy access to the Katy Freeway and Grand Parkway. The West Houston airport is only minutes away to the north.
Memorial Parkway is a deed-restricted community with an active homeowner’s association. The Memorial Parkway Community Association maintains a community clubhouse, two swimming pools, six tennis courts and several park areas and playgrounds. More outdoor recreation is available at George Bush Park which is only minutes away to the east. There are also community events held at various times of the year. The neighborhood is patrolled by Harris County Constable Precinct 3.

Close to home, you’ll find The Crossing at Fry Road, a major retail plaza with a variety of national chains. Medical services are also convenient, with Texas Children’s Hospital West and Houston Methodist West Hospital located on the other side of I-1o.
Public education for Memorial Parkway is provided by the acclaimed Katy Independent School District. Students may attend Memorial Parkway Elementary before moving on to Memorial Parkway Junior High. High School students attend Taylor High, which received a Silver ranking by U.S. News & World Report for academic excellence.
