Houston Energy Corridor Neighborhood Spotlight: Parkway Villages
The Houston Energy Corridor is a great place to live, with over 26,000 acres of recreational parks and 50 miles of trails! Many neighborhoods in the Houston Energy Corridor share proximity to Terry Hershey Park, which contains 11 miles of hiking and bike trails.
Just south of Terry Hershey Park, you’ll find the tree-lined streets of Parkway Villages. This is a 224-acre network of 11 master-planned communities by Sueba USA, an award-winning developer. Construction of the first neighborhoods began in 1993, concluding about 10 years later. The Parkway Villages are bordered by Terry Hershey Park to the north, Briar Forest Drive to the south, Eldridge Parkway to the east, and Forest Park Drive to the west.

For example, Enclave Lake is a gated community of elegant luxury homes, situated on large, lush settings of up to an acre. A charming lake, ample green space and beautiful waterfalls give residents of Enclave Lake an abundant, resort-like lifestyle.
Parkway Villages also have a number of communities that are less elaborate, yet very nicely appointed with upscale amenities. The homes are well-built and enjoy a reputation for quality. The area is very desirable, and tends to retain strong home values during all market conditions.

Westside High School is also noted for its strong athletics program.
