Rustling Oaks is an established neighborhood of attractive homes, located just minutes from the Houston Energy Corridor. Rustling Oaks is located south of the Katy Freeway and immediately west of the Sam Houston Tollway. The neighborhood is roughly bordered by Queensbury Lane to the north, Rummel Creek to the west, the Sam Houston Tollway to the east, and just short of Kimberly Lane to the south.

Rustling Oaks is a deed-restricted community, and is patrolled by a constable from Harris County Precinct 5.
