Windsor Park Estates is roughly bordered by Baker Road to the east, Oak View Terrace to the north, and Kessington Lane to the south. It is bordered by Green Trails Village to the west.

More shopping variety is found by following Kingsland Boulevard to the west, which takes you to the Katy Mills mall.
Public education for Windsor Park Estates is provided by the highly-regarded Katy Independent School District. Students attend Pattison Elementary before moving on to McMeans Junior High. High school students attend James E. Taylor High, which received a Silver ranking by U.S. News & World Report for academic excellence. Taylor High has also been recognized as a Blue Ribbon School.
