Residents of Barker’s Landing are only blocks away from the nearest Starbucks Coffee. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, and downtown Houston is just 20 miles away. Commuters have convenient access to the Katy Freeway and Route 6. Single-family home prices in Barker’s Landing currently range from the $300’s to $500’s and above.
