5 Companies Moving to Houston Energy Corridor
The Houston Energy Corridor has five new corporate tenants arriving, according to recent articles in the Houston Chronicle. Altogether, these new tenants will occupy 85,368 square feet of office space! Most of these tenants are moving in to the 14-story Energy Tower at 11700 Katy Freeway, which puts the once-empty building at 73% occupancy.
This is good news for residents of the Houston Energy Corridor and Memorial area, as it potentially means new job opportunities close to home, and a possible increase in future home demand. Here’s a look at who’s moving in!
Robert Half International. Robert Half pioneered the concept of professional staffing services. Infinity Hydrocarbons. Infinity Hydrocarbons specializes in domestic crude oil purchasing, transportation, trading and marketing.
