Both Fleetwood associations maintain common areas, enforce deed restrictions and provide security services.

Local amenities include a Starbucks within a few short blocks, along with an array of retailers, services and restaurants along Highway 6. Take Highway 6 south, and you’re only a few minutes away from West Oaks Mall.

Residents of Fleetwood enjoy an abundance of nature, with access to over 26,000 acres of parks and green space, and 50 miles of scenic trails. These trails connect neighborhoods and businesses throughout the Memorial area.
